satisfying stay but room for improvement
The beds were very comfortable, providing a restful night. The surrounding small village setting was a pleasant surprise, offering unique local charm.
Signage could be clearer to help navigate the area.

The Deluxe Queen Room was really comfy, and the beds were perfect for a good night's sleep. The small village vibe was charming, but signage could definitely be better. It wasn't too noisy, which was a plus, but just some minor tweaks would have made it even better.

Charming getaway!
We had a nice time hanging by the pool and the kids loved the shallow river! The grounds are beautiful, super clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly too. Just wish access to river road was clearer instead of feeling like we were intruding. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch for relaxing meals.

Oh man, the nearby eateries were a feast for the senses! The local taco joint had killer breakfast tacos that were unforgettable. Plus, the outdoor dining area at the ranch gave off such a chill vibe, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning sun. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
That said, the cabin felt a bit like it needed a little TLC. I mean, the furniture was looking worse for wear, and the bath had some rusty spots that were less than charming. Plus, those text reminders about bracelets? A little much!

It was a smart choice for a short break in Wimberley with high value for money. The pool area was nice and relaxing after hiking. Just be prepared for limited hot water in the shower.

The Cantina was a fun hangout too. Remember to grab a wristband for river access. It’s a great place for a group getaway! Just a heads up, some amenities might have limited hours, and the pool could use more shade.
One downside was the AC in our room. It didn’t cool well, and the vents looked dirty, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the heat.

Families with children will love it!
We stayed in a Beautiful Family Room and it was everything we hoped it would be! The kids loved exploring the river, and honestly, watching them from the porch swing was priceless.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for this experience, it was still acceptable.

We had a spacious room with very comfortable beds and a scenic river view that made our mornings magical. The cozy outdoor settings for picnics were perfect for relaxation. However, some of the pictures didn't reflect the actual furnishings, particularly the outdated couch. I'd definitely consider returning!
